Your order number
The email address used at checkout

If your tracking number is available, you may enter it on the carrier’s tracking page or use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

When Will I Receive Tracking Information?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after the carrier receives the package.

Tracking Not Updating?

If your tracking information has not updated right away, please do not worry. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us and we will help check the status of your order.
