A pocket-size light that goes where your hands are busy

A small rechargeable LED light in a soft silicone clip. Wear it on the reflective headband as a headlamp, clip it to a strap or collar, or stick it to steel with its magnet.

It is about the size of a matchbox and throws a wide, soft floodlight: enough to see the trail at your feet, the inside of a tent, or the engine bay you are working in. It is a close-range light, not a long-throw spotlight.

Three ways to carry it

Head, strap or steel

On your head

Thread the elastic reflective headband through the clip loop and the light sits on your forehead, pointing where you look.

Clipped on

Slide the clip over a backpack strap, jacket pocket, collar, belt or cap brim for walking, running or dog walks after dark.

Stuck to steel

A magnet in the light holds it on steel: a car hood, toolbox, fridge or shelf bracket. It does not stick to aluminum, wood or plastic.

Six modes

White to see by, red to keep your night vision

One side button runs through six settings: high white, low white, high red, low red, red flash, and red-white flash. Red is easier on your eyes and on the people around you at a campsite; the flashing modes make you easier to spot on a road shoulder or in an emergency.

The battery is built in and recharges over USB through a covered port, so there are no batteries to buy. The maker does not publish a runtime, so charge it fully before a long night out.

Small, light and honest about it

This is a compact clip light, not a full-size head torch. Its strength is that it weighs next to nothing and goes anywhere: on a headband, a strap or a steel surface.

The silicone sleeve and port cover keep out rain and splashes. The maker describes it as waterproof but publishes no IP rating, so do not submerge it.
