Fill the chip on your driveway and keep your windshield

A stone hits the glass, and the little white star is there every time you get in the car. Replacing a windshield means an appointment, a bill and a day without your car. This nano repair fluid is the faster way: a low-viscosity resin you drip into the chip yourself, in about the time it takes to make a cup of coffee.

Chips and scratches on glass fill and fade in minutes, the bright white scatter goes out of the damage, and clarity comes back. It is a fraction of what a glass shop charges, and you do it on your own schedule.

Fills and fades in minutes, and stops the spread

The fluid is thin enough to flow all the way into the break. It draws the air out of the chip and fills it with durable resin that bonds the loose glass, restores visibility and stops the damage spreading. The cured spot is even stronger than before.

Best on bullseye, star and stone chips, and small combination breaks. The sooner you treat a fresh chip, the cleaner the finish, so keep the bottle in the glove box and fix it the day it happens.

A clear finish that stops catching your eye

As the resin takes the place of the air in the chip, the bright white scatter fades and the damage blends into the glass. Instead of a star staring at you from the windshield, you get clear glass back in your line of view and one less thing to worry about on the road.

Rated 4.7 by 113 buyers

“They do the job and are pretty easy to use.”

“Good quality and easy to use.”

Every order is covered by the Gear Elevation 90-day money-back guarantee, so you can try it at home for three months.

How the repair goes

  1. Park in the shade, ventilate, and let the glass cool. Clean and dry the chip so the resin has bare glass to bond to.
  2. Pick loose fragments out of the pit with the tip of the blade so the resin has somewhere to go.
  3. Touch the nozzle to the center of the chip and let a drop run in, drawing down into the break.
  4. Lay a clear film square flat over the top and smooth it from the middle outwards, pushing any trapped air to the edge.
  5. Leave it in daylight to cure. No lamp and no power tool needed.
  6. Peel the film, then draw the blade flat across the surface to shave the raised bead flush with the glass.

Everything you need is in the box

The resin bottle does the work: a small black applicator with a brushed silver collar and a fine tapered nozzle, no taller than a lipstick tube. Add a flat scraping blade in a paper sleeve and clear curing film squares that you lay over the wet resin while it sets, and you are ready to repair the day it arrives. The resin cures in daylight under the film.
