How to put it on

Hold the collar with the deeper, scooped edge upward; that edge cradles the jaw.
Bring it around the front of your neck first, then draw the ends together behind you.
Press the strap down flat across the overlap at the back. Lift your hair out of the way first.
Settle in. It should feel snug and supportive, with room to breathe and swallow comfortably.
