A wide LED panel on a bendable arm that you sit or stand in front of, carried on a polished pole that telescopes from about knee height to well above your head, standing on a weighted base you set down wherever there is a socket.

The panel
Dual-wavelength light, specified at 460 and 490 nm
The head is filled edge to edge with LEDs across two wavelengths. KTS specifies the deeper of the two to work on melanin production for a warm wheat tone, and the lighter one to work nearer the surface on evenness and brightness.
Both wavelengths sit in the visible blue part of the spectrum, and because the head is an LED array rather than a tube fitting, there is nothing in it to unscrew and replace.
Controls
You set the time and the strength. It ends the session for you.
A wired handset hangs on the cord at about waist height, so you can change anything mid-session without reaching up to the panel.
