Warm water from the tap, deep enough to cover both feet to the ankle. Start as warm as you like for a comfortably warm soak.

One small level dose of sea salt, measured with the spoon in the box. The unit sounds an alarm if you overdo it. Epsom salt works too.

Why does the water change color?

How warm will my soak be?

Fill it from the hot tap and you have a comfortably warm soak for the first ten to fifteen minutes. If you want it hotter for longer, start hotter.

How often can I use it, and how long is a session?

Can I use Epsom salt or essential oils?
