Trigger point massage cane · two hooks · manual

Get to the knot you can't reach.

The tight spot under your shoulder blade, the base of your neck, the muscle beside your spine: this S-shaped cane hooks over your shoulder or wraps around your body so you can press right into it yourself.

No partner, no appointment, no batteries. You pull on the handle, the knob presses in, and you decide how hard and for how long.

Upper back and shoulders

Hook it over, pull down, hold.

Rest the top hook over your shoulder so its tip lands on the sore spot beside your shoulder blade. Pull the lower handle down and forward and the knob sinks into the muscle. Hold it there and breathe, or rock it slowly across the knot.

Because the cane does the reaching, your arm stays low and relaxed instead of twisting behind your back.

Leverage, not grip strength

Firm pressure without sore thumbs.

A short handle bar sticks out near each end of the S. Pulling on a handle turns the long shaft into a lever, so a small, easy pull from your hand becomes firm, steady pressure at the knob.

Round knobs spread the pressure for broad muscles; the pointed ones get into smaller, more stubborn spots. Ease off the moment it feels like too much.

Lower back and beyond

Two hooks, more of you covered.

Hold it across your lower back by both ends and the knobs along the middle shaft press into the muscles beside your spine. Flip it over and the second hook works the base of your neck, the front of your shoulder, your thighs or your calves.

Sit on the sofa, stand at the counter or lie on the floor: it works in whatever position you are comfortable in.

Worth knowing before you buy

The honest small print.

  • Start gently. Use light pressure for the first few sessions and build up. Firm is fine; sharp pain is your signal to ease off.
  • Muscles, not bones. Keep the knobs on soft muscle, away from the spine itself, joints, the front of the neck, bruises and broken skin.
  • It is a massage tool, not a treatment. If you have an injury, ongoing pain or a medical condition, check with your doctor before using it.
  • Choose your color. Blue, Black and Green are the same tool in a different solid color.
