Breathe easy at the surface, with nothing hanging off your mask
This is a front snorkel: a flattened U of white tube that arcs over the top of your head, held on by its own flat perforated strap and a ratchet buckle. The mouthpiece comes down to your mouth at the front and the two open tips stand up above the back of your head.
Nothing clips to your mask, so the tube keeps clear of your mask strap and the seal, and stays where you put it when you turn your head. The two intakes sit higher and further back than a side tube beside your ear, which is where most surface chop finds you.
Pick it for swimming lengths, floating face down over a reef or lazing in a bay: anywhere you want your face in the water and your breathing easy.
A splash guard that keeps chop out of your breath
Over the intake sits a molded housing with a fine honeycomb of small holes. It is a splash guard: it breaks up water thrown at the opening by small waves, by your own wake and by whoever is kicking past you, and keeps a good deal of it out of the tube.
That is leak protection where you feel it, in a drier breath and a calmer swim. If a wave does top the guard, a short puff through the tube clears it and you carry on.
Buyers say it breathes easy and stays comfortable

Getting it on and getting it right
The strap is a flat length of perforated silicone running between the two arms, with a black ratchet buckle on it. Set it once, on dry land, with the arms sitting along the sides of your head above your ears and the mouthpiece reaching your mouth without stretching your neck.
Then put your mask on as normal. Wear whatever mask or goggles already fit you; the snorkel has its own strap.
Where it belongs
Face down at the surface, over a reef, over a seagrass bed, along a rope in a bay, up and down a lane. Anywhere you want to keep your face in the water and keep breathing without lifting your head every few strokes.
