Two-handed forearm and wrist trainer
Stronger forearms, wrists and grip in a few minutes a day
One rigid figure-eight frame with a padded bar across each ring. Take a bar in each hand, twist your wrists against each other, and a spring steel core between the two rings pushes back. A few minutes at your desk or in front of the TV, and your forearms are doing real work.
The frame is 16.1 in end to end, and that size is the secret: the leverage between your two hands is what loads the forearm, so every turn works the wrist, the forearm and the grip together.
Great for climbing, golf, tennis and lifting
Squeeze grippers train your fingers. This trainer adds the thing most grip gadgets leave out: the twist. Rotating your forearm against resistance is what a racket, a club, a rock hold and a heavy bar all ask of you.
Hold on longer
Wrap your fingers around the foam sleeve and turn. The grip and the forearm tire together, the way they do on the wall.
Golf and tennis
Wrist rotation drives the clubhead and the racket. Train it with a full turn against the spring.
Hands that keep up
Give your forearms their own session so your hands stop being the first thing to give out on deadlifts and rows.
Pick the spring that suits you
Choose your grade at checkout from five spring steel resistances: 11, 22, 33, 44 or 66 lb (5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 kg). Each unit is built around one spring, so it feels the same on every rep, every day. When your sets start to feel easy, move up to the next grade the way you would move up a dumbbell.
- Starting out: choose a grade you can turn through a full rotation for 10 to 15 smooth reps.
- Already training: go up a grade or two and enjoy the extra push from the spring.
- Progressing: as your wrists and forearms get stronger, the next grade is ready for you.

How you use it
Two hands, one smooth motion, a few minutes.
Take a bar in each hand. Wrap your fingers fully around the foam sleeve inside each ring, so the bar sits across your palm.
Turn against yourself. Rotate one wrist forward and the other back so the two rings twist in opposite directions. Hold at the end of the range, then let it come back under control.
Change the angle. Arms out in front, elbows tucked at your ribs, or overhead: the same twist loads the forearm differently depending on where you hold it.
It works the muscles that rotate the forearm and stabilize the wrist, plus everything in your hands that has to hold on while they do.
Built to live on your desk
- Desk drawer, gym bag or shelf. At 16.1 in long and 1.4 in thick, it goes wherever you train.
- Soft foam grip sleeves. Padded bars keep your palms comfortable through a long set.
- Ready the moment it arrives. Battery-free and fully assembled, so you can start twisting straight away.
- Tough where it counts. An ABS shell screwed together around a spring steel core.
The facts
Stronger forearms, wrists and grip start with one trainer
Pick your grade, take a padded bar in each hand and twist. A few minutes a day, and your climbing, swing and lifts all have more behind them. Store it flat in a drawer or on a shelf so it is ready whenever you are.
