Lower back relief at home, with a traction belt that lifts

Most back belts cinch tight and hold your middle still. This one makes space. It is a rigid frame with two mechanical lift columns, one at each side. You strap it on, then work a small lever on each housing to raise the columns, which lifts the padded top pads up under your lower ribs while the base stays planted on your pelvis. That is at-home traction for your lower back: vertical space for your spine instead of squeeze.

Adjustable and mechanical, so there is nothing to charge or plug in

The lift is driven by the lever on each housing, and a small gauge strip between the steel columns shows you how far you have raised it. Set it where it feels right, match both sides, and wear it at your desk, around the house or on a long drive. There is no battery to charge, no pump to work and no app to open.

Built for lower back pain, sciatica and herniated disc therapy

This at-home traction brace is made for lower back pain, sciatica, and the discomfort of herniated and degenerating discs and lumbar strains. It supports your posture and spinal alignment while you wear it, and it is a non-invasive alternative to spending every week on a clinic table. Spine support relief you can put on in your own living room, on your schedule.

How you put it on

  1. Open the brace out flat and wrap it around your waist, low, so the padded base sits on your hip bones.
  2. Thread and pull the webbing straps snug.
  3. Fold out the lever on one housing and work it a few strokes. Then do the other side by the same amount, so the lift is even.
  4. Start with a short session at a low lift and build up as your back responds. The gauge strip makes it easy to return to the setting you like.
  5. Wind it back down before you take it off, then unbuckle.

Rigid on purpose, so the lift has something solid to push from

A soft belt can only squeeze. The firm frame gives the columns a stable base on your pelvis and a steady place to lift from, and it holds you upright in an upright chair. It goes over a t-shirt and under a loose jacket, and buyers wear it for long drives, long days at a desk and long days on their feet.
